MISSIONS COORDINATORS
Our role is to coordinate connections with our missionaries. It’s all about relationships! Our role is to connect with, support, encourage, and care about the missionaries that Jacob’s Well supports. We not only desire to support our missionaries, but to genuinely let them know that we care about them, are here for them, and pray for them and their ministry. In our role, we want to encourage everyone at Jacob’s Well to have a daily mission mindset, and to impact those that God has placed right around them on a daily basis.
We desire to participate in the Great Commission and share the Good News of the gospel of Jesus with the world around us every day. We have a passion to help missionaries fulfill their roles, as well as to share with those placed in our lives the peace, joy, fulfillment, hope, and salvation that only Jesus truly provides.
About GREG AND BONNIE
Our family consists of: Greg, Bonnie, our son Eli, our son Jeremiah and his wife Hailey, our son Chester and his wife Eva, our dog Rex and two grand puppies, Oakley and Selah.
Bonnie and Greg publish children’s books with a gospel message in their spare time, and have a heart to reach the lost. We both work in the school systems, Greg as a 2nd grade teacher, and Bonnie as a school nurse.
We have gone on, led, and participated in mission trips during the course of the past 20 years, and have helped with Awana and youth groups, as well as taught Sunday school lessons together.
We have served on several short term mission trips and have a heart for missions. We feel called to serve as full time missionaries in our future.
Fun Facts:
What do you do in you free time?
- To unwind, we go walking or hiking in nature, kayak together, read good books, and spend time together, and with our extended family and friends. Our favorite game to play is Buck/Euchre, as we always play it at family gatherings. Although we love many board and card games and enjoy fellowship through playing games with others.
What is your favorite Bible verse?
- Psalm 23, our New Year’s tradition is to read this chapter as a blessing for the coming year, during a big meal with all of our children present.
If you could meet anyone in history who would it be?
- The author C.S. Lewis, so we could ask him about his Christian walk and explore his neat ideas in his fictional books!
